Submission process: proposals should be submitted via the ICME3 author submission management system.

Abstract format: all abstracts should be written in English. Maximum length is 250 words. Abstracts should be in the form of a single paragraph, and contain no tables, graphics, subheadings, nor references. Up to four keywords may be added as desired.

Proposal types: the conference program will comprise numerous parallel, plenary, and keynote sessions. There are three format options available to presenters:

– Spoken presentation: a twenty-minute spoken presentation, followed by five minutes of questions.

– Poster presentation: a five-minute spoken presentation to promote your poster, followed by an extended viewing session. Presenters must be in attendance at their poster during their viewing session. Posters are to be 840mm x 1189mm (A0) in size.

– Symposium: a series of three or four themed papers, followed by questions, to be completed within a two-hour time slot.
