New Position
Book Review Editor‏

There is a new position to be filled in the editorial team of IASPM@Journal, the open access online journal associated with the International Association for the Study of Popular Music, a multilingual forum for popular music scholarship across a range of research disciplines and subjects.

We are now seeking a reliable and enthusiastic academic for the role of Book Review Editor. You will be the journal’s contact for academic publishers in the field of popular music studies, coordinate review copies with relevant book reviewers and, on submission to our online journal, undertake a first reading of book review drafts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early career academic to gain experience in online academic journal publishing. As such you will be willing to work within the journal’s online framework, Open Journal Systems: http://pkp.sfu.ca/?q=ojs
