Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.


Author Guidelines

English version ABSTRACTS should be no longer than 200 WORDS and should include FIVE KEYWORDS that best describe your topic.

Submissions should be sent through the conference website:

1. To submit your abstract, please REGISTER as “author” on the conference website:

During registration you will be asked for your NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, AFFILIATION and COUNTRY. Please include a short CV in the Bio statement field. A confirmation of the registration, including your username and password, will be sent to your email address.

Please note that we will use your registration email for any further correspondence. Though it is possible to change the email address in your account at a later stage, we recommend you use a permanent address.

2. Go to “User Home”:

3. Click “new submissions” and follow the instructions.

You will be asked to choose a TRACK (conference stream) and a SESSION TYPE (individual paper, panel, film/video presentation, or poster). You will be then asked to provide a TITLE for your presentation. The text of the ABSTRACT, including the five keywords, can be inputted directly into the registration system.

Spanish version Los RESÚMENES (“abstracts”) deben tener como máximo 200 PALABRAS y deben incluir las CINCO PALABRAS CLAVE que mejor describan el tema de la propuesta.

Las propuestas deben ser enviadas a través de la página web del congreso:

1. Para presentar su propuesta, por favor, REGÍSTRESE como “autor” (“author”) en la página web del congreso:

Durante el proceso de inscripción se le solicitará su NOMBRE, DIRECCIÓN DE CORREO ELECTRÓNICO, AFILIACIÓN INSTITUCIONAL y PAÍS DE PROCEDENCIA. Por favor incluya una breve sinopsis biográfica o CV en la sección “Bio”. Una confirmación de la inscripción, incluyendo nombre de usuario y contraseña, le será enviada a su dirección de correo electrónico.

Tenga en cuenta que usaremos su correo electrónico de inscripción para cualquier correspondencia posterior. Aunque es posible cambiar su dirección de correo posteriormente, se recomienda mantener una única dirección de correo electrónico.
